A wine tasting comparison through the movies "Sideways" & "Bottle Shock"

This class will literally (and figuratively) pit the most popular grapes of Napa/Sonoma California against those from Bordeaux/Burgundy France, just like in the movies! A comparison of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet-Merlot Blends from each opponent will set up a great tasting contest, including a "BLIND" taste-off! $79pp

WEDS 5/1 (6:30-8:30pm):
Get ready for tasting and learning about Blanco, Joven, Reposado, Anejo, and Cristalino tequila, plus explore both smoky & non-smokey mezcals. This is a “don’t miss” exploration of quality sipping agave potions!

Taste 2 whites and 6 reds and get to know the regions of Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat, Jumilla, Galicia, and Bierzo. Taste the famous Tempranillo grape as it transforms through Crianza, Reserva, to Gran Reserva oak aging. End the tasting & tutorial with a surprise sip of the famous wine of Jerez!
