A special session to taste an array of the world’s white (and sometimes “green”) wines (from Champagne, to Riesling, to Verdicchio, Muscadet, Portugal’s famous Vinho Verde, and Sauvignon Blanc among others) alongside hors d’oeuvres from the ocean….a seafood buffet of ceviche, sushi, and shellfish meets a buffet of complementary wines!
